Chiltern Training, which has been training apprentices across Reading since 1993, has been nominated for Business in Action under 50 employees, sponsored by Boyes Turner.
Their nominator said: “Staff work tirelessly to support young people to find an apprenticeship and succeed in their careers.
“This year marks 30 years of working with local Early Years settings and local businesses to train over 5,000 people.”
The company works with local businesses to support their growth by sourcing new talent and training them via government funded training routes.
