Police have released an image of a man they believe may have information about an attempted burglary in Reading.
The appeal relates to an incident that took place at around 21:30 BST on 8 May.
Officers from Thames Valley Police said they are seeking to identify the man pictured as part of their investigation.
In a statement, the force said: “We are releasing the below image of a male we believe may have information in relation to an attempted burglary that occurred on 08/05/2026 at around 2130 hours in the Reading area.”
Anyone who recognises the man, or who has information that could assist the investigation, is being urged to contact police.
Information can be provided by calling 101 and quoting crime reference number 43260228261.
Reports can also be made through Thames Valley Police’s online reporting platform.
Police have not released further details about the circumstances of the attempted burglary.
