Spire Dunedin announces healthcare partnership with Reading Football Club

SPIRE Dunedin Hospital has announced a two-year partnership with Reading Football Club.

The new agreement will see the hospital serve as the preferred choice for the men’s first team, providing the club with specialist clinical expertise, advanced diagnostics, and comprehensive care to support the players.

Through the two-year partnership, Spire Dunedin Hospital will provide access to state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging, orthopaedics and sports medicine services, as well as supporting players with specialist clinical assessments and rapid access to treatment pathways.

Joe Jacobson, Reading Football Club Chief Executive Officer, said: “We’re really pleased to partner with Spire Dunedin Hospital, a trusted and respected local institution with an outstanding record of care.

“Their expertise and efficiency will provide invaluable support to our medical and performance staff, ensuring our players have access to the very best treatment right here in Reading.”
