READING FC have sold out their allocation for next month’s derby match away at Oxford United.

The Royals away support were given an allocation of 1487 which went on sale this morning to season ticket holders with more than 1500 loyalty points.

Reading and Oxford met for the first time in almost two decades last month and played out a 1-1 draw at the Select Car Leasing Stadium as Sam Smith equalised quickly after Ciaron Brown’s opener.

Reading’s last visit to the Kassam Stadium came in 2004 for a League Cup encounter which the Royals won 2-0.

Reading are unbeaten in their last six meetings with the U’s, stretching back to 2000.

Oxford are currently in fifth spot in League One on 46 points, while Reading are in 21st on 23 points.
