Reading have confirmed the signings of teenagers Calum Logan and Kevin Mfuamba for their Under-21 side.
Logan, 19, has joined the Royals on a two-year contract following his departure from Tottenham Hotspur.
The Cambridge-born full-back has previously spent time in the academies at Ipswich Town and Spurs, while he also gained senior experience during a loan spell with National League side Braintree Town.
Mfuamba, also 19, has signed a one-year deal after leaving West Bromwich Albion.
The midfielder is an England Under-17 international and progressed through the academy ranks at West Brom before making the move to Berkshire.
Both players will link up with Reading’s Under-21 squad ahead of their fixture against Derby County on Tuesday evening.
Under-21 manager Peter Scott welcomed the pair to the club, with Reading continuing to strengthen their academy ranks.
The signings provide further options for the club’s development squad as they look to give young players a pathway towards first-team football.
