I asked the rose

These thorns must prick you many times

But how is it possible for you to keep smiling carelessly?

Rose says that’s why you like me

You have to learn to smile even in pain

I asked the Ocean, sometimes you stir,

but then how can you remain calm?

Ocean said, I have maintained

my existence only by remaining calm

Accept it for your existence

I asked wind again

How can you always run without taking a break?

Air said that it is my responsibility

to take care of everyone, that is why I keep running

I asked the river, do you also never feel free,

do you also sometimes feel tired?

The river said, I have come to fill life

If I rest then where is life left and life should rest with me

I asked light who sent you here?

and how did you come so soon?

light says without me you will not face any problem,

that is why I have come running.

I asked the earth: I miss you so much,

I keep hurting you

I keep sucking you, I keep tearing your body apart

But you never get angry with me and never complain

Why?

Earth replied

You are me, you cannot exist without me

When you don’t exist without me, then why complain to you?

What are/am I angry about?

Maybe I couldn’t teach you

Maybe I couldn’t fulfill your wish

As long as I exist, you will exist

So, I wait to fulfill your wish

I stay awake to save you as much as I can!
