Reading FC are set to lose another senior player after midfielder Michael Craig rejected the club’s offer of a contract extension to join Leyton Orient.
The 22-year-old, who joined Reading in 2022, ends his three year spell in Berkshire to join another League One side.
Naturally a central midfielder, Craig filled in at right-back for the Royals for much of last season and played 30 times in League One last campaign before his season was cut short by injury.
The former Tottenham academy player played a total of 76 games in all competitions for Reading and scored twice.
