TICKETS have gone on sale for a comedian’s biggest tour to date, with a stop-off in Reading promised.

2022’s Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Emmanuel Sonubi is looking for work – well, looking back through his jobs to date, in the show called Curriculum Vitae.

He says it will be a hilarious and heartfelt story that explores all the jobs he has had before becoming a comedian and how those experiences helped shape his voice.

They include jobs and industries many of which, he was wildly unqualified to do. From working in IT to the doors of London’s nightlife, he was also working in musical theatre in his spare time.

He said: “I am looking forward to getting back on the road with this new show. Last year was amazing with Emancipated, but this time I’ll be back with a bigger show and a few surprises along the way.

“Thank you to everyone that came out to see me last year, I can’t wait to see you all again.”
