A noodle bar in Reading town centre could keep on selling food until 4am in the morning if a recent application is accepted.
Chopstix noodle bar is a chain in Broad Street that has been open in Reading since 2017.
The chain is known for serving up noodle, egg fried rice and cauliflower rice boxes and extras to customers.
It is currently open from 10.30am to 10pm each day.
Now the operators want to keep on serving food until 4am.
The later hours have been submitted in a licensing application to Reading Borough Council.
A statutory consultation into the application is currently live. You can take part by emailing licensing@reading.gov.uk.
The deadline for responses closes on Friday, June 19.
Chopstix underwent a £100,000 upgrade in February 2023, which involved the installation of digital ordering screens and a fresh new look.
The unit was previously occupied by the Mango Bean cafe, which is visible in streetview imagery from 2016.
Chopstix also has locations in Slough, the M4 Membury Eastbound services and the M4 Beaconsfield service.
