Three people have been arrested following a police operation targeting suspected drug dealing in Reading.
Officers from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out the proactive operation earlier this week in the Reading West Village area, off Oxford Road, after receiving a number of reports from the public.
The activity resulted in three arrests and the seizure of what police described as a significant quantity of Class A drugs.
Police said the operation was launched in response to community concerns about suspected drug-related activity in the area.
Enquiries are ongoing.
