Reading FC fixtures 2024/25: Royals open season away to Blues

Reading FC will open up their League One campaign for the 2024/25 season away to Birmingham City.

Their opening match on Saturday, August 10 (5:30pm kick-off), will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The Blues are currently odds on favourites to win promotion back to the Championship next season having been relegated last campaign.

Reading’s opening home match comes a week later when they host Wigan Athletic.

Other notable fixtures include a home Boxing Day clash against Northampton and an away trip to Cambridge United on New Year’s Day.

The season will conclude on Saturday, May 3 at home to Barnsley.
