Spriggan Mist – Spell Maker –

Ok, I know we’ve featured this band a few times before but with their rise in the prog world over the last few years and their forthcoming appearance at Wokingham Festival we thought it was time to feature them again.

Their rise isn’t surprising as, every time the band hit the stage, at festivals and venues around the country, they grab the eye of the audience with their unique colourful visual appearance and then they grab them with the music too.

It’s a mixture of rock, folk & prog with melodies and grooves that, unusually for the prog world, are so infectious that they make the audience get up and dance!

They certainly are spell makers and even though this track is from their last album, released in 2022, the band has told us that they are working on a brand new album.

Purple Grace – All This Time –

Here’s another band that we’ve featured before and we’ll keep on featuring them if they keep on coming up with great singles like this one. It’s another brilliant example of their anthemic uplifting powerful and melodic sound.

These Oxford based indie rockers performed a great set at Wokingham Festival last year and we see that they are playing a home town show at Jericho Tavern in Oxford on August 16. That’s not too far away so well worth getting along if you can – https://www.facebook.com/purplegraceband

San Demas – Lost Lover –

This is the new single from another exciting band who release riff laden melodic anthems. They follow in the footsteps of Purple Grace, above, as San Demas will be appearing at Wokingham Festival this year! Having heard this single and their other releases we are looking forward to that! – https://linktr.ee/sandemas
