Questions must be submitted by 9am on the Monday before a given board meeting.
The meeting takes place from 1.30pm–4.30pm on Tuesday, January 14, in Conference Room 2, Unipart House, Garsington Road, Cowley.
Participants can also attend virtually via an online live stream.
