A man has been found not guilty of manslaughter following a retrial over the death of a man in Lower Earley.
Sabeur Trabelsi, 48, formerly of Kings Road, Reading, was acquitted by a jury at Winchester Crown Court on Thursday (17 September).
Jason Page died following an incident in Chalfont Way, Lower Earley, on 31 March 2021.
Trabelsi was originally convicted of manslaughter following a trial at Reading Crown Court.
However, that conviction was quashed by the Court of Appeal on 29 July 2025 after a legal misstep was identified, and a retrial was ordered.
Following the retrial, the jury found Trabelsi not guilty of manslaughter.
