A modular building at a Tilehurst school will be replaced with a two-storey temporary building.
The classroom’s replacement is currently at Alfred Sutton School in East Reading, and will allow Year 3 pupils to move to the Park Lane Infant School.
The planning application approved by councillors last week involves modifications to external areas, including play areas, and pedestrian access off School Road.
The amount of parking spaces will also double from 11 to 22.
