Infinity Property & Lifestyle Management, founded by duo Katie Morgan and Emma Willoughby, has been named Professional Services Startup of the Year 2025 at the South East StartUp Awards.

The accolade recognises their exceptional growth, innovation, and outstanding service delivery in the property and lifestyle sector.

Held at a buzzing ceremony attended by some of the UK’s most promising new businesses, Katie and Emma were honoured to take home the award. Their success story is especially meaningful given their decision to walk away from a toxic work environment and build something rooted in transparency, care, and a genuine love for what they do.

“This award means the world to us,” said co-founder Katie Morgan.

“We launched Infinity with one mission: to raise the bar in property and lifestyle management. Winning this is a testament to the trust our clients place in us every day.”

Based in Berkshire, Infinity Property & Lifestyle Management offers property management and concierge-style lifestyle services for clients.
