A PIECE of derelict land on Kings Road in Reading could be converted into a five-storey apartment block, providing 14 homes.
Landowners Titan Property Developments say the scheme would comprise seven one-bed homes, five two-bed and the remaining two would have three bedrooms.
The site is between the ITS Building and 300 Kings Road. It used to be a car park, but has been out of use since 2019.
The plans can be seen on Reading Borough Council’s website, by searching the planning portal for application 221162.
