A CRIMEWAVE is affecting cars and sheds across the Caversham area.
Thames Valley Police said that thieves are targeting vehicles, particularly unlocked ones, to help themselves to items and cash.
They have also received reports on the theft of bicycles from sheds. They burglars have also helped themselves to unspecified items once inside.
They are urging people to secure their cars and outbuildings to avoid such incidents.
