Reading-based tech firm Ciphr has been shortlisted for five prestigious titles at this year’s Thames Valley Tech & Innovation Awards.
The company, which employs over 230 people, is in the running for Thames Valley Tech Company of the Year, Large Tech Enterprise of the Year, and High Growth Company of the Year.
Chief executive Sion Lewis and his executive team are finalists for Tech Leadership Team of the Year, while the firm also hopes to retain its Tech Employer of the Year crown won in 2025.
Organised by Insider Media and The Business Magazine, the awards celebrate top tech achievements across the region.
Mr Lewis said: “Being shortlisted is a great accolade for Ciphr and a credit to our customers and employees alike. Over the past few years, we’ve invested in long-term growth rather than short-term wins.”
The nominations follow a busy period of innovation for the HR and payroll software specialist, which recently rolled out an integrated AI HR assistant to streamline routine tasks for its 1,400 clients.
The winners will be announced on Thursday, July 9, at the Hilton Reading hotel.
