A VIBRANT stage adaptation of hit film Legally Blonde is coming to Reading.
Performed by long-running musical theatre society the Sainsbury Singers, Legally Blonde The Musical will soon be entertaining audiences at Reading’s Hexagon Theatre.
It tells the story of Elle Woods, a fashion-savvy sorority girl, who enrols at Harvard Law School to win back her ex-boyfriend.
On the way, she defies stereotypes and discovers her own strength and intelligence, proving that being true to yourself never goes out of style.
Director, Gareth Wells, said: “This is a fun, high-energy, heart warming and extremely entertaining show.
“We have a really talented cast who have all worked hard to make this the best show it can possibly be, so do snap up the opportunity to see it.
“It’s certainly not one you want to miss.”

Audiences can expect a show packed with memorable musical numbers, energetic choreography, and accompaniment from a live orchestra.
Legally Blonde won multiple awards when it opened on Broadway, and took the Laurence Olivier award for Best New Musical when it made its West End debut.
Gareth said: “We’ve been having so much fun at rehearsals.
“The most enjoyable part for me is being part of a company that is so creative, dedicated and talented, and always up for a laugh.”
