THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to an incident of sexual assault in Reading.

It comes after, at around 1.45pm on Friday, April 4, a boy walking along London Road in Earley was approached by a man.

The offender showed him a video before touching the victim inappropriately over his clothes.

The offender is described as an Asian man in his late forties or early fifties who had dark hair with white patches and balding at the back.

He had a wide build, was around 5ft 8ins tall, and was wearing a long dark blue top and a black gillet or waistcoat.

Investigating officer PC Danielle Adams said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed what happened to please contact us.
