A SCREWBALL comedy is coming to Reading tomorrow evening (Friday, February 8), thanks to The Rising Sun arts centre.
His Girl Friday has been selected for the February showcase in its Stand-Up Cinema strand.
It stars Cary Grant, and organisers say he is at his fast-talking, wisecracking best – entirely matched and equalled Rosalind Russell.
The evening is dedicated to community-based cinema or short films by local artists and filmmakers.
It starts at 7pm, entry is free, and there might even be some popcorn to enjoy.
