Tesco is set to host a Coronation Treat Party on Friday, May 5.

The event is being held in honour of King Charles’ Coronation, and members of the public are royally invited to attend free of charge.

The Coronation Treat Party promises to provide an opportunity to sample food and drink fit for a king, as well as to gain inspiration from royal menus and recipes. Visitors will also have the chance to create their own celebratory dishes.

It runs from noon to 6pm at Tesco Reading West Extra, Portman Road.
