A BOY from Reading has been charged with drug offences following a Thames Valley Police investigation.

The 17-year-old boy, who can’t be named for legal reasons, was charged with two counts of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply, and a further count of possession of criminal property on Sunday, July 30.

It follows an incident which took place in the Dee Road estate on the same day, when the boy was arrested in connection.

He appeared before Reading Magistrates Court on Monday, July 31, and has been released on conditional bail.

He is set to return to Reading Magistrates Court on Wednesday, August 31.
