Police have secured a partial closure order for a property in Reading town centre following reports of anti-social behaviour.
Thames Valley Police said the order has been granted for an address on a street just off Oxford Road and has been introduced to help tackle ongoing issues and protect vulnerable members of the community.
Officers said they will carry out regular patrols and checks at the property while the order is in force.
Anyone found breaching the terms of the closure order could be arrested and face further action.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police thanked members of the public who had reported concerns, saying the information they provided had helped officers take action.
Police are continuing to encourage anyone who witnesses anti-social behaviour to report it so further action can be taken where necessary.
