Police are appealing for witnesses after, at around 3.20pm on Saturday, September 28, a Kawasaki Motorbike and an Audi A4 were involved in a collision on the junction of Oxford Road and Weald Rise.

THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on Oxford Road last week.

At around 3.20pm on Saturday, September 28, a Kawasaki Motorbike and an Audi A4 were involved in a collision on the junction of Oxford Road and Weald Rise.

The motorcyclist, a man in his fifties, sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.

He was taken to hospital, where he remains.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or may have dash cam footage of the incident to come forward.

Investigating officer PC Jamie Payne, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed the collision, or who may have dash-cam footage that captured the incident, or the moments leading up to it, to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
