Local lad Adam Moore leaves the bright lights of London to open his specialist technology change and transformation recruitment business, Morela, in Bracknell.

After 10 years of building his knowledge of technology change and transformation recruitment, and readying himself for business ownership through the building and management of specialist recruitment teams, Adam is excited to make his own mark on the recruitment industry in a place where he has so much personal history.

Attracted back to the Reading area by its close proximity to London and recent investment in the area, Adam is excited to be building a business presence outside of the Capital and hopes to encourage other businesses to follow suit. Adam’s plans to add to his team imminently will inject energy into the local economy and provide upskilling opportunities.

Morela will predominantly focus on the change and transformation market, supporting technologies such as Generative AI, ERP and other cloud-focused solutions with its recruitment services. With the market being driven by the constant innovations surrounding generative AI, Morela is excellently positioned within a market that is expecting mass growth in the near future.

No stranger to the hard work and discipline required to make a business successful, Adam spent his youth representing Berkshire in his athletics career. As a 4x National Champion for the 800m title, Adam was awarded the ‘Pride of Bracknell’ award for his achievements in athletics.

He said: “I am delighted to be building my recruitment business, Morela, in my hometown. Although the hustle and bustle of London encapsulated me for many years, I always planned to return to the area.

“With the recent rejuvenation project giving Bracknell and the wider Reading area an exciting new energy, the prospect of opening a business in the area created a huge sense of drive in me, that has pushed me to see this business come to fruition.

“With Morela achieving some small wins just 4 weeks after launching, I am very positive about the trajectory of the business and am excited to be adding to Morela’s workforce later this month.”
