A FEMALE-fronted funk band will be performing at a Reading town centre pub next week.
The Funkinsteins are described as a kick-ass group from Bristol who perform soulful vocals, breathtaking guitar, phat slap bass, and mighty drums.
They will bring their high-energy show full of original and danceable music to The Castle Tap in Castle Street.
The event takes place from 8pm on Friday, September 1. Entry is free.
