A premium shoe store in Reading has closed after nine years in the town centre.
Dr Martens is one of the best-known shoe brands in the country, known for selling long-lasting lace-up shoes, Chelsea boots and sandals to customers.
The shop in Queen Victoria Street, Reading, first opened in September 2017, but has recently closed down.
A notice on the door states: “This store is now closed.
“Thank you for all the good memories Reading :,)”
The store is also listed as permanently closed on the Dr Martens website.
Shoppers can buy Dr Martens from the Schuh store in Broad Street.
The closest dedicated Dr Martens store is now at the Westfield White City shopping centre in the Shepherds Bush area of West London.
The closure of the Reading location follows the permanent closure of the Dr Martens store at the Westgate shopping centre in Oxford last year.
