THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a collision which resulted in a serious injury in Reading.

It comes after an incident which involved a vehicle reversing out of a parking pay near Hartland High School, on Northumberland Avenue, on Monday, January 26.

At around 12.50pm, while reversing out of the bay, a cyclist was struck by the vehicle and left with serious injuries.

Police are appealing for those who have information, or may have footage which might aid their investigations, to contact Thames Valley Police via their website, quoting reference number 43260041412.
