Due to relocation we are recruiting for a Reception Manager to join our friendly practice team at Sonning Common Health Centre. We seek a very organised individual with excellent communication, customer service and team management skills who enjoys working in a busy environment.
The Reception Manager role supports the smooth running of a team of 9 receptionists and manages the reception function internally to enable the team to provide an efficient, helpful service to our patients, health partners and other key organisations.
As Reception Manager you will also be responsible for the clinical diary. Responsibilities include building diary templates, diary management ensuring appointments according to GP and nurses schedules are correct, all of which are processed on our clinical system EMIS.
The vacancy is a full time position (37.5 hours), to be worked over 5 days. The vacancy does involve some hours working on the reception desk and so previous receptionist experience is desirable.
