MEMBERS of the South Chiltern Choral Society are preparing to perform a selection of music to mark the start of Holy Week.
Accompanied by a full orchestra, they will sing Karl Jenkins’ Requiem as the focal point, alongside Caccini’s Ave Maria, Schubert’s The Lord Is My Shepherd, Bruckner’s Locus Iste, and Mozart’s Ave Verum Corpus
They will be conducted by Helen Bilkey and organist Ian Westley.
Tickets cost £20, and the event takes place from 7.30pm on Saturday, March 23, at Queen Anne’s School in Henley Road, Caversham.
