Saturday at Reading Festival is set to be one of the weekend’s biggest days, with two major headline sets, a host of rising stars and plenty of opportunities for festival-goers to move between genres at Richfield Avenue.
The main stage, The Grid, will be dominated by pop and rap throughout the day before Dave and Raye take centre stage in the evening.
Things get under way on The Grid at 12:35 BST with Absolutely, before American electro-pop artist Slayyyter takes over at 14:00. She will be followed by Maisie Peters at 15:30, giving fans an early chance to catch one of the UK’s most recognisable young singer-songwriters.
At 16:45, JADE will bring her solo show to Reading. The former Little Mix star has established herself as a solo artist with a more adventurous pop sound, making her one of the day’s most anticipated afternoon performances.
She will be followed at 18:20 by sombr, the American singer-songwriter whose rapid rise has made him one of the younger names on this year’s main stage.
But the biggest crowds are likely to arrive as the evening approaches.
Dave is due on stage at 20:05, with the British rapper returning to Reading for one of the festival’s headline performances. His set is expected to combine material from across his career with some of his biggest hits.
Then, at 22:05, Raye will close The Grid.
The singer, songwriter and former BRIT Award winner is one of the most anticipated headline acts of the weekend, with her performance bringing Saturday’s main stage programme to a close.
Elsewhere, there is plenty to tempt festival-goers away from The Grid.
The Gallery offers a very different line-up, with Ceebo opening at 12:05 before Say Now, Clara La San and Kingfishr take to the stage. Later in the day, Duke Dumont is scheduled for 16:50, followed by Nine Vicious and Viagra Boys.
Gunna will then headline The Gallery at 22:05, giving rap fans a major alternative to Raye’s headline set.
Electronic music fans have their own packed schedule at The Warehouse, where Mall Grab starts proceedings at midday. The stage continues through the afternoon and evening before Max Dean b2b Luke Dean closes the main programme at 21:50.
For those looking for something heavier, The Ballroom offers Radio Free Alice, Jane Remover, bar italia and SPEED, while Niko B is scheduled for 22:00.
There are also plenty of emerging names across the festival’s smaller stages, including Cruz Beckham and the Breakers on The Canopy in the afternoon.
Saturday’s line-up gives festival-goers a genuine choice rather than simply building towards the two headline performances.
Whether it is pop, rap, electronic music, indie or heavier sounds, there will be something happening throughout the day.
And with the arena open from 11:00 until 03:00, there is plenty of time for fans to pack as much as possible into one of the busiest days of Reading Festival 2026.
