The offender and the two boys he was with then surrounded the victim and he handed over his e-bike key. The offender then rode the stolen e-bike towards Ruscombe.

The main offender is described as a white boy, aged around 16, around 5ft 9ins tall, and wearing a balaclava and all black clothing.

One of the other offenders is described as a white boy, aged around 16, around 5ft 8ins tall, and wearing a balaclava, black jogging bottoms and a puffer jacket.
