A man sought by Thames Valley Police after a person was bitten by a Rottweiler has been identified.
The appeal was published on 8 August as police asked the public to help identify the man pictured, who was believed to have been in control of the dog at the time of the incident.
The incident happened on 22 July 2026 and involved a Rottweiler.
The victim was bitten in the stomach area, causing broken skin and bleeding.
Thames Valley Police has now confirmed that the man pictured in the appeal has been identified.
Police thanked members of the public for their assistance in helping to identify him.
