A 31-YEAR-OLD man who used to live at Rowe Court has been charged with murder and arson following an investigation into a flat fire earlier this week.
On Wednesday, December 15, fire fighters were called to the flats, just off Grovelands Road in Reading.
One person has died, while two people are missing.
On Friday, December 17, Thames Valley Police announced that
Hakeem Kigundu, formerly of Rowe Court, Reading, has today (17/12) been charged with one count of murder and one count of arson with intent to endanger life.
Kigundu has been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
