SANDHURST WOLVES climbed up the table as they put six past WOKINGHAM TOWN who stay at the bottom of the league.

Genevieve Richards scored for the Sumas, but it was the Wolves who were in fine goal scoring form.

Jess Murphy levelled up for Sandhurst quickly after the Sumas had taken an early lead.

Caitlin Ryan then enjoyed an exceptional second-half as she struck four times to put the Sumas to the sword, while Phoebe Fenwick was sent off for Wokingham in the 68th minute.

The Sumas are on three points from 13 games, while Sandhurst move up to 5th on 18 points from nine matches.

WARGRAVE were involved in an eight goal thriller as they picked up a point on the road at Brook House.

There were goals from Bede Pharoah-Lunn and Beth Wiulliams, while Alison Richardson added a brace to see the game end in a 4-4 draw.

AFC READING remain in the hunt for the title after they added three more points to their total with their ninth win in 11 games.

Loren Alsford, Hannah Brooks and Ava Sherfield were on the scoresheet in a 3-1 success over Marlow Town.

Reading are on 28 points from 11 games which puts them level with leaders Windsor & Eton, who are in front on goal difference.

Southern Region Women’s Premier

READING FC WOMEN were beaten but stau above Selsey and Badshot Lea.

Following their first win in the league last week, the Royals were unable to follow that up with a positive result as they lost out 3-0 at Sholing.

The Royals are on three points from nine games.

Southern Region Women’s Division One North

CAVERSHAM UNITED dropped down to the bottom of the table after they lost out 3-1 at home to relegation rivals Chesham United Development.

The Goats are on five points from 13 games and now trail Chesham by two points

Combined Counties Premier North

WOKINGHAM TOWN moved further up the table as they snatched a late win at Milton United.

Tahir Camrichael scored the Sumas’ opener before an Alfie Young goal in the 90th minute ensured that Town returned with al three points in a 2-1 win.

That result lifts them up to 11th place on 32points from 25 games.

BERKS COUNTY are just above the drop zone after they were beaten 3-1 by Harefield United.
