READING students who sat their A-level exams this summer received their results yesterday alongside young people expecting their AS-level, T-level, BTEC and other Level 3 results.
Now they begin the process of planning their next steps.
While the majority of students will be likely pleased with their results, Reading Borough Council’s Elevate careers service is available to provide advice and guidance on progression into education, training and employment for anyone who requires support.
It also offers face-to-face appointments at a range of locations across Reading to discuss your options with one of our careers advisers.
Cllr Rachel Eden, Lead Councillor for Education and Public Health at Reading Borough Council, said: “Congratulations to all of our young people collecting results.
“I hope you are proud of the work you put in and are happy with the results you got, but if you want any additional support, our Elevate team are on hand to offer guidance.
“A huge thank you goes to the families, carers and education settings that have helped our students get to this point.
“Whatever you decide to do next, we wish you the very best of luck in anything you do.”
Those seeking advice and support can contact 0118 937 3766, or call, text, or WhatsApp either 07980 744 530 or 07889 148 132.
