Appeal for witnesses following serious injury RTC

THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious injury road traffic collision in Reading.

The incident took place at the junction of Parkside Road and Tilehurst Road at around 4pm on Sunday, February 19.

A beige Ford Fiesta was involved with a cyclist, a boy who sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains.

No arrests have been made.

Investigating officer, PC Benjamin Taylor of the Joint Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who may have dash-cam footage, to please come forward.

“Anyone with information can make a report by calling 101 or via the Thames Valley Police website, quoting reference 43230077147.”
