Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of attempted robbery in Reading.
Last Friday, June 19, at around 9.40pm a man in his twenties was riding his bike when a group of teenagers have blocked his path in the underpass that crosses under the A329 and Katesgrove Lane.
They also assaulted him and tried to steal his bike, however the victim did not require hospital treatment.
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and has been released on police bail.
Investigating officer PC Clara Teuton said: “I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident, or has any information about it, to please come forward to us.
