A GARDEN centre with branches in Spencers Wood and Hare Hatch is organising a special event in time for Mothering Sunday this weekend.
The afternoon tea experience at Dobbies includes a special floral gift, as well as a three-tiered stand containing savoury and sweet treats such as quiche, sandwiches, and salted caramel profiteroles.
A children’s version includes finger sandwiches with ham, tuna mayonnaise, and jam fillings. Scones, jelly and strawberries complete the menu.
And there is a chance to take a special selfie in a specially designed Mothering Sunday-themed area of the stores.
The afternoon teas are available on Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10.
