Established for more than 15 years in the industry, we are a [manufacturer trusted and approved] local company that will service, repair and provide ongoing preventative maintenance for air source and ground source heat pumps, exhaust heat recovery and ventilation systems.

We are a family run business that understands the importance of offering consistent long-term support for customers. Our pricing structure is simple – set by unit type or visit type – with no tie into contracts or plans, and the same level of service given to all.

Heat pumps can be set to provide either hot water or heating – or both. Because of this, when servicing your heat pump, we do not limit our inspection to just your unit. In fact, we’ll inspect all associated and accessible valves, vessels, pumps, electricals switches, pipework and heating controls. Additionally, filters will be cleaned/replaced, fluid levels and pressures checked, and settings reviewed for optimal efficiency – all of which are provided to you in a finalised report.

Our engineers have specialised training that allows them to be able to maintain many different manufacturer models, including warranty works, without compromising effectiveness and this is something we are very proud of. Having this knowledge and exposure allows us to provide very honest advice when it comes to different systems, considering your requirements rather than giving you a sales pitch.

While our main business is maintenance related, we are expanding in other areas due to customer demand and feedback. This includes swimming pool unit/plant room inspections along with also having the capability and network to install systems – from system design, grant application and MCS sign off. You can even obtain an estimate for these works on our website.
