Plans to demolish offices in Whitley have been submitted to Reading Borough Council.
Permission to replace Bennet Court with a large new industrial unit was granted last September on the condition that developers DV5 Coltham submit details of the demolition project, landscaping and the materials used for the construction of the replacement building.
These have now been submitted, and it is expected the removal of the existing site will take 10 weeks.
