Ascot Racecourse to host fireworks family raceday

Ascot Racecourse will host its annual Fireworks Spectacular Family Raceday on Saturday, October 29.

Adult tickets start from £30, while there is free entry for under 18s.

This year’s race day falls just before Halloween and is guaranteed to be a night filled with frightful fun suitable for all ages.

Racegoers can expect an abundance of spooky activities and fairground rides to enjoy throughout the day alongside thrilling racing action.

After the last race and ahead of the start of the fireworks there will be plenty of time to enjoy the multiple rides and sample the diverse food and drink on offer.

Entertainment highlights this year include a spooky slime workshop, an interactive creepy crawly experience, pumpkin carving, roaming entertainers, and a pop-up cinema showing Halloween-themed cartoons.

All fairground rides are free during racing then from 4pm they are charged at £1 per ride with all proceeds donated to hand selected local charities.

The day is built around a high-quality, exciting racing card as the Jumps Season returns to Ascot.
