The proposals would maintain them being reserved for doctors from 8am to 8pm, but outside of these hours, the spaces would be for residential permit holders.

Somerstown Court

There is currently a no waiting restriction in place from 9am to 5pm, with the change being no waiting at any time.

Cranbury Road

A parking space outside St Mark’s Church is currently a shared use. A change would reduce the size of the parking space by three metres and replace part of it with a ‘no waiting at any time’ restriction.

Hemdean Road

Currently, there is no waiting at certain times for six metres both north and south of Hemdean Road at the access to Balmore Park Surgery. These restrictions are in place from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with the council proposing that this changes to no waiting at any time.

Northumberland Avenue

The council has proposed 37 metres of ‘no waiting’ restrictions north of Northumberland Avenue’s junction with Long Barn Lane.

Carsdale Close

Changes would remove unrestricted parking to no waiting at any time for a stretch between Coley Clinic and its junction with service access to the Wensley Road shopping precinct.

Coley Avenue

The entrance to the service road in Coley Avenue at East Lodge is currently unrestricted.

The council is proposing that there should be no waiting at any time for a 21-metre stretch.

Almond Drive

This close in Caversham could have no waiting restrictions at any time imposed.

Odiham Avenue

The council wants to impose no waiting at any time restrictions for Odiham Avenue in Caversham at its junction with Montpelier Drive.

Henley Road

A stretch of the Caversham road between Micklands Road and the house numbered 300 is currently unrestricted, with the council proposing to make the stretch ‘no waiting at any time.’

Essex Street

In Essex Street, the council is proposing to make its junction with Whitley Street no waiting at any time, and no loading between 8.15am to 9.15am and 4pm to 6.15pm.

Pottery Road

In Pottery Road, Tilehurst, the council wants to restrict parking to no waiting at the entrance to Meadow Park Academy, and impose no waiting and no loading between 8am to 9.15am and 3pm to 4pm on weekdays.

Coalport Way

No waiting at any time restrictions could be imposed at the junction of Coalport Way and Pottery Road.

Elan Close

For this residential street in Tilehurst, the council wants to impose no waiting at any time restrictions for its turning circle.

Helmsdale Close

The entrance of Helmsdale Close from Brisbane Road is currently unrestricted. The council wants to impose no waiting restrictions a either side of its entry point.

Shilling Close

The council has proposed that no waiting at any time restrictions should be imposed in Shilling Close, Tilehurst. The proposal comes after complaints over obstructive parking from a resident.

Upper Redlands Road

The council wants to remove a pay and display parking space outside Wantage Hall and make the space to no waiting at any time.

Ashby Court

A five-metre stretch of Ashby Court at its junction of Whitley Wood Lane has no waiting at any time restrictions imposed.

Foxhays Road

Foxhays Road is a looped residential street in Whitley. The council wants to impose parking restrictions on the right-hand side of the loop.

St Agnes Way

The council wants to impose no waiting at any time restrictions at the junction of St Agnes Way and Lindisfarne Way at Kennet Island.
