THE SCREAMING DEAD will be coming to Reading next month, thanks to Club Velocity and New Mind Promotions.

The band originally launched in 1980, and perform ‘horror punk’.

They released several singles and EPs with indie chart success, before splitting up in 1985. They reformed in 1997; disbanded again in 1999; and reformed in 2014.

Joining them will be The Fruedian Session, and DxSxA, making it a trio of punk bands.

The gig will be on Saturday, February 3, from 8pm, at The Face Bar in Chatham Street.

Tickets cost £8.80 including a booking fee. No under 16s are allowed.

This gig was originally scheduled for September last year, and all originally booked tickets are valid. It is part of Independent Venue Week 2024.
