A SECOND person has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in a Reading town centre bar earlier this month.
On Sunday, February 11, a man in his 20s was seriously injured during an altercation in The Walkabout, in Wiston Terrace, off Friar Street.
Two days after the stabbing, a 23-year-old man was charged in connection with the incident.
Thames Valley Police said that as a result of their investigation, a second man was also charged with one count of attempted murder.
Jahlil Charles, who is 22 and homeless, will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Monday, February 26.
