THAMES Valley Police is appealing for a specific witness who may have vital information about a fatal crash on the A33 in Reading.

The incident occurred at around 7.30pm on Thursday, April 14, on the A33 southbound at the junction with Rose Kiln Lane.

A motorcyclist collided with traffic, which was stationary at the set of traffic lights on the junction.

The motorcyclist, a man in his forties, died following the collision.

Officers are keen to speak to the rider of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle who was seen interacting with the other motorcyclist moments before the incident and is thought to have had a good view of the collision.

Investigating officer, detective constable Nigel Doyle, of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, based at Three Mile Cross, said: “This is a tragic incident which resulted in the death of a man.
