A READING museum is opening its doors on Sunday to celebrate its shop.
The Museum of English Rural Life (MERL) is hosting a festive sale on November 26, featuring special gifts, stalls from its suppliers, Christmas craft activities and some refreshments from its cafe.
The event runs from 11am to 3pm, and entry is free.
The museum is based on Redlands Road and is part of the University of Reading’s London Road campus.
