BRACKNELL TOWN need just one point to seal their place in the play-offs after they won 2-1 away at Chesham United.

Great Evans put the Robins in front and after the hosts found an equaliser, Jordan Esprit netted the winner a few minutes from time to earn his side a crucial win.

Bracknell’s final league match is at home to relegation threatened Hayes & Yeading United on Saturday.

Isthmian South Central

BINFIELD are on the brink of securing league safety after they added a point to their tally against Raynes Park Vale.

Luke Scope was on the scoresheet for the Sumas to help them to a 1-1 draw.

The Sumas further improved their hopes of avoiding the drop on Tuesday night with an away success at Egham Town.

Goals from Remel Larwood and Sam Green saw the Sumas take a 2-0 win which lifts them up to 18th place, two points above the drop zone with two games in hand over bottom side Chalfont St Peter.

READING CITY put themselves into the top five by taking a point against Ardley United in a 1-1 stalemate.

Combined Counties Division One

EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA moved another step closer to earning their spot in the play-offs with a home win over Oxhey Jets.

In an eight goal contest, the Boars took the points with a 5-3 success with goals from Kenneth Anthony, Callum Samuel-Harman and a brace from Max Laschok.

BERKS COUNTY remain in third after they got the better of London Colney in a seven goal match.

After being 3-2 behind at the break, the Swords turned the game around to win 4-3 with a 90th minute winner from Sid Gbla.

YATELEY UNITED dropped out of the play-off places after they were beaten 3-1 by British Airways.

Yateley are in sixth place on 68 points which means they are three points behind fifth placed Molesey who also have two games in hand.

WOODLEY UNITED came from behind to take a 2-2 draw away at Westside.

Thames Valley Premier League

FINCHAMPSTEAD dropped down to fourth in the table after they were beaten at home by Windsor & Eton.

Isaiah Chase-Kelly netted the only goal of the game on the stroke of half-time which earned all three points for Windsor.
